My denim series is quickly coming to an end and I couldn’t finish up the month without featuring one of my favourite denim buys…
A printed denim jacket is a scary concept, but can be a really versatile piece if you choose correctly. For me I wear a lot of feminine colours and silhouettes, so a style in a complimentary print works best. Subtle pink floral really works with my existing dresses and skirts, but when printed on a darker base like black it also lends itself to heavier winter pieces. Case in point, this chunky turtleneck and leather boots.
If you’re not sure about going crazy with printed denim I’d recommend starting off with a colourful denim jacket first, in a solid hue like red or blue. If like me you’re ready to dive into patterned pieces scroll down and shop my edit of the best around.
PS. Don’t forget, Jeans for Genes day is this Friday (Aug 1st). Wear your jeans and donate to such an amazingly worthwhile cause!
