Travel Diary: London
I’m doing some London lurking, prior to travelling to Poland at the end of the week. Here’s a peek at my brief visit which involves a whole lot of residential/interior perving, plenty of parks and a peek inside my very cute hotel. I’ll be adding to this as I go so check back for more.
First stop straight off the plane… Fresh air (and deck chair naps) at Hyde Park.
Pastel terraces in Notting Hill.
Saint John’s Church, Notting Hill.
Art at the Kit Kemp designed Number Sixteen Hotel in South Kensington.
Exploring plant lined backstreets; wearing Sportmax Sweatshirt, AG Jeans, Chanel Bag, Rayban Sunglasses and K Jacques Sandals.
Hyde Park
More colourful terraces in Notting Hill…. I can’t get enough.
Hundreds of sewing machines at All Saints in Notting Hill.
The super-sweet paisley bedroom at Number Sixteen.
More park hangs (and naps) in Kensington Gardens.
Amazing faux-fur label Shrimps at Selfridges.
Paper Flowers in Liberty London.
The best couch I have seen in my life!… at Dries Van Noten in Harvey Nichols.
Wallpaper at Rough Luxe Hotel (see below for details)
Sophia Webster Clutches at Harvey Nichols.
Alex Katz artwork at Tate Modern (The Matisse Cutouts is a must see if you are in London in the next two weeks!)
The second hotel I stayed at, Rough Luxe Hotel in Kings Cross. This is an absolute gem, one of the most charming hotels I have ever been to.
My Favourite coffee stop in East London, Prufrock cafe.
Strange but kind of amazing glass thing, at J. Crew on Oxford st.
