NZFW Day 1: A Few Of My Favourite Moments
New Zealand Fashion Week was a bit of a blur, the three days of shows are so jam packed I barely had a moment to update my Instagram. It didn’t help that I was battling a flu and had to spend every spare moment reclining horizontally!
But I somehow managed to keep my new Fujifilm Instax Camera on the end of my arm most of the week. Yeah, a couple of the shots are a little dusty, that’s thanks so being left in the bottom of my bag (whoops). Still, I hope you enjoy seeing what I snapped.
These are from Day 1 (I’ll share more and backstage shots from my fav shows very soon)…
Hanging front row with photographer extraordinaire and all-round good guy Dan Roberts. We lurked around backstage at a few shows, see the shots he took for Oystermag.com here (I’m wearing a Kate Sylvester jacket, Reliquia Earrings and Citizens of Humanity Skirt)
Backstage at the first show of the week, Twenty-Seven Names
Designers Anjali Stewart and Rachel Easting
Ella backstage at Twenty-Seven Names
Hanging with cutie-pie stylist Oliver Guyon at The Depot (I’m wearing an AG Jeans Jacket)Shooting at Georgia Alice’s studio with Dan (I’m wearing an I Love Mr Mittens Scarf and Vale Denim culottes)
One of my favourite new NZ designers… Wynn Hamlyn took part in the beautiful Choose Wool show on Day 1.

I was lucky enough to wear Kate’s beautiful new floral brocade dress to her show on Tuesday night.
